System set-up

This section provides the procedures for set up and operation of the VERSAJET II system.
CAUTION:
Before connecting the device to an electrical outlet, ensure that you have selected the appropriate power cord for
the local power requirements and that the device is connected to a socket that meets the system requirements.
Failure to do so may cause damage to the equipment and void the warranty.

Console set-up

Connecting the footswitch

Connect the footswitch connector into the footswitch
socket on the front of the console, ensuring the
red dots on the connector and socket are aligned.
Position the footswitch for convenient access.

Power cord socket

Insert the female end of the power cord into the three-
prong socket on the back of the console. Connect
the other end of the power cord to an appropriate
electrical outlet.

Turning the console ON

Press the power switch. The display will illuminate to
indicate that power is supplied.
CAUTIONS:
Do NOT block the air vents on the bottom of the
console. Air vents allow circulating air to cool the
console.
After each use, thoroughly clean the console,
footswitch and power cord. Please refer to the
Cleaning and Maintenance section.
