Application and operation of
the Tire Premium Seal
Tire Premium Seal for tubeless tyres of commercial
vehicles is injected into the tyre using compressed air.
The damaged spot of the tyre will be sealed by Tire
Premium Seal due to the heat generated as the
vehicle is immediately driven at a maximum speed of
80 km/h.
Only use the tire sealing compound with tire damages
that are smaller than 10 mm. Damage caused to the
wheel rims or side wall of the tire cannot be sealed.
The tire sealing compound is only intended as a
breakdown aid and not as a final repair of the tire.
The final tire repair must be carried out by a
specialised workshop before 1,000 km or 14 days,
whichever comes first.
The tire sealing compound can be used in outside
temperatures as low as -40 °C.

Preparations
DANGER
– Make sure that there are no leaks between the tire
and the rim. If necessary, it may be useful to jack-
up the axle.
– Examine the damaged area in the tire.
– If a foreign object has penetrated the tire and does
not protrude and is fixed firmly, this can remain in
the tire. There may be a disadvantage that driving
with a foreign object in the tire may possibly
prevent final repair.
– Park the vehicle so that the area punctured is
located at the bottom (on the road surface).
– Measure the existing tire pressure using the tire
inflation hose. If required, reduce the pressure to
2 bar below the operating pressure.
– Shake the bottle containing tire sealing compound.
