– Remove the valve insert by unscrewing and store
in a safe area as this must be reinserted at a later
stage. Dirt can affect the sealing function.
Tip: If you should lose the valve insert, after
inflating the tire, the valve insert of the empty tire
sealing compound bottle can be used instead.
– Attention! Provided that there is enough pressure
in the tire, this air will then escape from the valve
stem.
– Attach the bottle with the tire sealing compound to
the tire valve stem.
– Hang the sealing compound bottle using the
provided hook vertically on the rim. The blue cap
must be facing upwards.
– Attach the connection (screw thread) of the tire
inflating hose provided to the tire inflation
connection of the vehicle.
– Attach the other side of the tire inflation
connection to the valve on the bottle.
– Press the pressure valve on the tire inflation hose
and build-up the pressure in the bottle so that the
liquid runs completely into the tire. Check the
pressure gauge.
– Remove the tire inflation hose and bottle from the
valve stem.
– Screw the valve insert back into the valve stem
using the shorter valve extractor.
– Remove the tire inflation hose from the bottle.
– Attach the tire inflation hose direct on the tire
valve.
– Re-inflate the tire to the operating pressure.
– Place the valve cap back on the valve.

Rework and Disposal
WARNING
– Remove the sticker from the tire sealing
compound bottle with "max. 80 km/h" and place
this in the drivers field of vision.
– For vehicles with IVTM now connect the wheel
module with the valve stem.
– Re-pack the Repair Set.
– Continue to drive immediately. The optimal
distribution of the tire sealing compound can be
achieved through driving the next 3 minutes at a
high speed (when possible, 80 km/h) if this is
possible given the traffic situation.
– Now make a short stop at a safe place and check
the tire pressure using the tire inflation hose (with
IVTM, check the tire pressure using the IVTM
system). If necessary, adjust air pressure.
– If the specified tire pressure cannot be achieved in
spite of using the tire sealing compound, it could
be that the tire has been too badly damaged.
Never drive with inadequate tire pressure.
– The final tire repair must be carried out before
1,000 km or 14 days, whichever comes first.
– Dispose of the empty bottles in accordance with
the national and regional regulations with regard
to the protection of the environment.
– Residual liquids on the defective tire and rim can
be removed by washing with water and disposed
via waste water system (respecting regional
regulations).
The tire sealing compound has a durability of
8 years. And should not be used when this period
has expired. The expiry date can be found on the
bottle.

Danger of accidents
If the vehicle has already been driven
with too little pressure over a longer
period, it is possible that the tire
suffered other damage that may not
be visible but could still cause the tire
to burst.
– Having applied Tire Premium
Seal, drive with particular care and
at an appropriate speed.
