INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
4. Make sure that the patient's heels are secure in the heel of the stirrup.
5. Make sure that there are no pressure points.
6. Secure the straps so that the patient's leg stays in the stirrup.
a. If necessary, install the strap. Refer to "Install the Strap:"
on page 31.
b. Make sure that the button faces away from the stirrup
pad.
c. Put the stirrup pad over the patient's leg, and put the
strap over the stirrup pad and the patient's leg. Make
sure that the strap is not too tight.
NOTE: Repeated over-tightening can cause premature
fatigue and failure of the strap.
d. Secure the ball-and-slit fastener.
NOTE: The strap should be snug, but not tight.
7. If applicable, remove the leg section of the table. Refer to the applicable instructions
for use for the table.
