INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Make sure the rail clamps securely attach the Yellofins Apex™ to the rail. If the
rail clamps are loose or do not securely attach the Yellofins Apex™ to the rail,
injury or equipment damage can occur.
• Do not raise the Yellofins Apex™ to a position that creates less than a 90° angle
between the patient's thigh and torso. Injury can occur.
• Do not lower the Yellofins Apex™ to a position that creates more than a 180°
angle between the patient's thigh and torso. Injury can occur.
CAUTION:
Do not exceed safe working load shown in the product specification table
