INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING:
Make sure that there are not limbs or other objects in the path of movement of
the stirrup before you adjust the position of the stirrup. Patient or caregiver injury
and equipment damage can occur.
CAUTION:
Fully engage the boot release lever when you change the orientation of the
stirrup. Failure to do so can cause premature wear of the stirrup lock.
1.
Grasp the boot release lever and pull up to unlock the stirrup.
Make sure that the boot release lever is fully engaged.
NOTE: When you grasp the boot release lever, you may need to
grasp the toe of the stirrup boot to apply opposing pressure.
2.
Manipulate the stirrup to change the orientation of the stirrup
to the desired orientation. Make sure that the patient's toe,
knee and opposite shoulder align.
3.
Release the boot release lever to lock the stirrup in place.

Change the Lithotomy Angle or Ab/Ad-duction
WARNING:
Make sure that the patient's legs are secure in the stirrup boot before you adjust
the stirrup. Patient injury can occur.
