16. Start Texturing Milk
Turn DIAL back to
STEAM position
to start texturing
milk.
When desired
Milk ready when
microfoam achieved,
Milk Jug base is

Wand half way.
for 3 sec.
STEAM LIGHT is
ON = steam ready.
Pause steam by
returning DIAL.
Texturing makes
a smooth hissing
noise.
RETURN
60-65°C

Return DIAL to
vertical position.
Barista Tip:
For best milk
texturing results,
ensure steam
has fi rst heated
up (STEAM
LIGHT fully ON).
You will hear the
Pump start.
Check milk is
moving in a
whirlpool action.
Remove Jug from
Steam Wand.
