C6 - Controllare, pulire e lubrificare le
catene esterne del braccio
Questi controlli sono importanti per il corretto
funzionamento del braccio. In caso di
anomalia, consultare il concessionario.
PULIRE E LUBRIFICARE
- Collocare il carrello elevatore sugli
stabilizzatori, con il braccio in orizzontale.
- Estendere completamente i bracci
telescopici.
- Proteggere la parte superiore dei bracci
telescopici.
- Tergere le catene esterne del braccio
Ingrassare i perni delle pulegge "1" (fig.
C6/1) (Vedere capitolo: LUBRIFICANTI).
con un panno pulito che non lascia
pelucchi, poi esaminarle attentamente per
individuare qualsiasi traccia di usura.
- Spazzolare energicamente le catene per
sbarazzarle di qualsiasi corpo estraneo.
Utilizzare una spazzola di nylon duro e
gasolio pulito.
- Sciacquare poi le catene con un pennello
impregnato di gasolio pulito e asciugarle
con un getto d'aria compressa.
- Lubrificare moderatamente le catene
(vedere: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: LUBRIFICANTI
E CARBURANTE), ed effettuare alcuni
movimenti telescopici per controllare il
comportamento delle catene.
- Ingrassare i perni delle pulegge "2" (fig.
C6/1) (Vedere capitolo: LUBRIFICANTI).

C6 - Check, clean and lubricate the
outer chains of telescopic boom
These checks are important for the proper
operation of the boom. In case of technical
faults, consult your dealer.
CLEAN AND GREASE
- Set the lift truck on its stabilisers, with the
boom horizontal.
- Fully extend the telescopes.
- Protect the underside of the telescopes.
- Wipe the outer boom chains "1" (fig.C6/1)
with a clean, lint-free cloth, then examine
them closely so as to detect any signs of
wear.
- Vigorously brush the chains to get rid
of any foreign matter, with a hard nylon
brush and clean diesel fuel.
- Rinse the chains by means of a paint brush
impregnated with clean diesel fuel and
dry them with a compressed air jet.
- Lightly lubricate the chains (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL),
and perform a number of telescoping
movements to check the behaviour of
the chains.
- Grease the pins of pulleys "2" (C6/1)

C6 - Controlar, limpiar y lubrificar las
cadenas externas del brazo
Estos controles son importantes para el
funcionamiento correcto del brazo. En caso
de funcionamiento defectuoso, consultar a su
concesionario.
LIMPIAR - LUBRICAR
- Colocar la carretilla elevadora sobre los
estabilizadores, con el brazo en posición
horizontal.
- Extender completamente los brazos
telescópicos.
- Proteger la parte superior de los brazos
telescópicos.
- Limpiar las cadenas externas del brazo
Engrasar los pernos de las poleas "1" (fig.
C6/1) (Ver capítulo: LUBRICANTES) con un
paño limpio que no deje pelusa, después
examinarlas atentamente para identificar
cualquier señal de desgaste.
- Cepillar con fuerza las cadenas para
sacarles cualquier cuerpo extraño. Usar
un cepillo de nylon duro y gasóleo limpio.
- Enjuagar después las cadenas con un
pincel con gasóleo limpio y secarlas con
un chorro de aire comprimido.
- Lubricar moderadamente las cadenas
(ver: 3 - MANTENIMIENTO: LUBRICANTES
Y CARBURANTE), y realizar algunos
movimientos telescópicos para controlar
el comportamiento de las cadenas.
- Engrasar los pernos de las poleas "2" (fig.
fig.C6/1) (Ver capítulo: LUBRIFICANTES).
