Rimontaggio volano

Montare lo statore allineandone il riferimento con quello esistente sul semicarter
destro circa a metà asola. Inserire il passacavo nella sede sul semicarter e
serrare le tre viti di fissaggio. Montare la linguetta sull'albero motore e
rimontare il rotore. Mantenendo fermo il rotore con l'attrezzo (B) cod.
1517949-02, avvitare il dado e serrarlo alla coppia prescritta.

Reassembly of flywheel

Mount the stator plate so its mark and R.H. half crankcase mark (approx at the
half of the slot) are aligned.
Fit the fly wheel grommet on the crankcase.
Tighten the three stator fastening screws. Reassembly the Woodruff key and the
rotor on the crankshaft. Holding the rotor with the tool (B) No. 1517949-02,
mount the nut and tighten it to the correct torque.
Remontage volant
Monter le stator en alignant le repère avec celui gravé sur le demi-carter droit
(environ à la moitié de le trou. Insérer le passe-fil dans son siège sur le demi-
carter et serrer les trois vis de fixation. Monter la languette sur l'arbre moteur et
remonter le rotor. En serrant le rotor par l'outil (B) code 1517949-02, serrer
l'écrou à la couple prescrite.
Schwungradmontage
Den Stator montieren und beachten, dass der Bezug mit dem Bezug auf der
rechten Gehäusehälfte (etwa zur Hälfte die öse) fluchtet. Den Kabeldurchgang
in seinen Sitz auf der Gehäusehälfte einführen und die drei
Befestigungsschrauben anziehen. Die Zunge auf die Motorenwelle montieren
und den Rotor wieder anbringen. Den Rotor mit Hilfe des Werkzeugs (B) Nr.
1517949-02 festhalten und die Mutter mit dem angegebenen Anzugsmoment
anziehen.
Para volver a montar el volante motor
Monte el estator alineando la referencia con la existente en el semicárter
derecho (acerca de a mediados del ojal). Introduzca el pasacables en el
asiento del semicárter y apriete los tres tornillos de fijación. Monte la lengüeta
en el eje motor y vuelva a montar el rotor. Manteniendo firme el rotor con la
herramienta (B) cód. 1517949-02, atornille la tuerca y apriétela al par
prescripto.
