4. Grada alla borrhål som borrats i plåt och förse dem med rostskydd.
5. Förse alla skarpkantiga genomföringar med en genomföringsbussning.
6. För kabeln genom borrhålet bakom instrumentbrädan.
7. Stick in anslutningskabeln i den 4-poliga kompaktkontakten. Se till att
färgerna på kablarna överensstämmer med färgerna på kablarna från
motkontakten (se
I 1).
8. För samman manöverdelens monterade 4-poliga kompaktkontakt med
den 4-poliga motkontakten från kabelsatsen (B 3).
11.0 INSTALLATION AV HASTIGHETSSENSORN
Installation av hastighetssensorn till kardanaxeln
Hastighetssensorns uppgift (B 21) är att förse styranordningen med
elektroniska impulser.
1. Blockera bägge framhjul med hjälp av säkring för ivägrullning.
SE UPP!
Använd aldrig enbart domkraft! Många olyckor har
orsakats pga. fordon som halkat ned från domkraft.
Innan arbeten under fordonet påbörjas, säkra det
extra med pallbockar.
2. Se till att växeln befinner sig i neutralt läge och lossa handbromsen.
3. Fordonets bakparti lyfts upp så att det finns tillräckligt med plats för
arbetet.

Drive at a speed of approx. 80 kph and activate the cruise control.
When this has taken over, switch off the cruise control by braking or
by operating the „OFF" switch. Then return the „OFF" switch to the
ON position. Now reduce the speed to approx. 60 kph. Now press
the „RES" button, and the cruise control should slowly accelerate the
vehicle on the previous speed setting of 80 kph.

While driving with the cruise control in operation, depress the clutch.
The clutch switch deactivates the cruise control. If this should not be
the case, check the wiring and the distance between the magnet and
the reed contact (see chapter 9.0 Installing the Clutch Switch).
16.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
The installation of the MAGIC SPEED cruise control is completed and the
battery has been reconnected.
Carry out the tests in the sequence for Test A and then Test B.
