INSTALLING THE CONTROL UNIT
4. Debur all drill holes which are made in the sheet metal and provide with
rust-proofing agent.
5. Fit all sharp-edged passageways with a cable bush.
6. Push the cable through the hole behind the dashboard.
7. Plug the connection cable into the 4-pin compact connector. Ensure that
the colours of the cables correspond to the colours of the cables from
the other part of the plug (see
I 1).
8. Connect the assembled 4-pin compact connector from the control unit
to the 4-pin connector of the cable set (B 3).
11.0 INSTALLING THE SPEED SENSOR
Installing the speed sensor - Cardan shaft
The task of the speed sensor (B 21) is to provide the control module with
electronic impulses.
1. Block both front wheels with chocks.
CAUTION!
Never use jacks alone! Many accidents are
caused by vehicles slipping off the jack. Before
working under the vehicle, always place stands
underneath for additional safety.
2. Ensure that the gearbox is in neutral, and release the handbrake.
3. Raise the rear of the vehicle until there is sufficient space for working.
4. Place the vehicle on stands.

4. Kör i ca 80 km/h och aktivera hastighetsregulatorn. Efter dess
övertagande, koppla ur hastighetsregulatorn genom att bromsa eller
med hjälp av „OFF"-brytaren. För sedan „OFF"-brytaren återigen i läge
PÅ. Reducera nu hastigheten till ca 60 km/h. Tryck nu på „RES"-
knappen och hastighetsregulatorn bör långsamt accelerera till de
tidigare satta 80 km/h.
5. Under körningen med hastighetsregulatorn trycks kopplingen ned.
Kopplingsbrytaren kopplar ur hastighetsregulatorn. Om detta inte skulle
vara fallet, kontrollera kabling och avståndet mellan magnet och
reedkontakt (se punkt 9.0 Montering kopplingsbrytare.).
16.0 FELSÖKNING
Alla installationsarbeten för MAGIC-SPEED är avslutade och batteriet har
åter anslutits.
Genomför testet i ordningsföljden test A och sedan test B.
