Installing the wire for terminal 30
– Insert the fuse contacts of the retrofit wiring harness into
slots 28a, 38a and 44a on the fuse carrier.
1 - Contact 28a: red/black wire
2 - Contact 38a: red/blue wire
3 - Contact 44a: red wire
– Connect fuses 28, 38 and 44.
1 - Fuse 28: 20 A
2 - Fuse 38: 20 A
3 - Fuse 44: 15 A
WARNING
DO NOT connect the battery!
The battery is reconnected ONCE ALL WORK HAS BEEN
COMPLETED.
6.6.2 Establishing the power supply to terminal
30, left-hand drive vehicles as of model
year 2014
Terminal 30 is supplied with power via the 4-slot fuse adapter
behind the dash panel cover on the driver side (fuse adapter is
reinstalled and fuses 1, 2 and 3 are reconnected).
Preparatory work
◆ Battery has been disconnected
◆ Socket retrofit wiring harness has been fitted
◆ On-board supply retrofit wiring harness has been fitted

◆ Relay and fuse carrier has been removed
Installing the 4-slot fuse adapter and wire for terminal 30
– Push the 4-slot fuse adapter -2- into the bracket -1- for the
on-board supply control unit -J519- until it audibly engages.
– Insert the fuse contacts of the retrofit wiring harness into
slots 1b, 2b and 3b on the fuse adapter.
3 - Contact 1b: red/black wire
4 - Contact 2b: red wire
5 - Contact 3b: red/blue wire
– Insert fuses 1, 2 and 3.

4 - Fuse 2: 15 A
5 - Fuse 3: 20 A
