– Unscrew the screw -4- and lashing eye -3-.
– Unscrew the screw -2-.
– Remove the compartment -5-.
– Carefully pull the luggage compartment side trim -1- out of
the body and remove.
Notes on installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order. Please note the fol-
lowing points:

◆ If the clips for the trim remain in the mounting points in the
body, remove these clips and insert into the trim.
◆ Check the clips for damage or deformation and replace as
necessary.
◆ The electrical connector for the luggage compartment light
must be pushed in as far as it will go and must audibly en-
gage.
– Pull the rear lid seal over the luggage compartment side
trim.

– Remove the rear cross panel trim
– Remove the lashing eyes
