OPERATION

9.2.4 AlARM DISPlAy FOR ThE OIl TO BE REPlACED. BlOCKED FUNCTIONS DUE TO ThE OIl hAVING FINIShED

Once the maximum admissable number of cycles has been reached, at each start-up and at the end of every cycle, the
LEDs start to flash, which means that the oil must be replaced (vedi §9.1.1). The alarm is reset once the oil is replaced.
ATTENTION! If the oil change alarm has been triggered, contact your authorised after-sales centre for it
to be replaced.
WARNINg! The indication protects the pump from rapid deterioration due to oxidation and maintains the
machine's maximum efficiency and performance.
A safety device will stop the pump when the oil drops below the set limit in order to prevent irreparable damage.

VISUAl WARNINGS OF ThE lEDS
Jar function, pump oil dehumidification cycle, deaeration function: when these
cycles are conducted, the LEDs light up in sequence and form a luminous circle.
Work cycle: as the vacuum is formed, the first nine LEDs gradually light up until
they reach the maximum value set.
The remaining three LEDs light up diring the sealing phase.
As the LEDs light up, it is possible to immediately view the cycle's progress.
By scrolling through the functions with the "SEl" key, the number of LEDs lit
up for each individual function provides a graphical indication of the value
programmed with respect to the maximum value that can be set.
For instance: if the vacuum function is set to 99%, all 12 icons are lit up.
If the vacuum function is set to 65%, 8 icons are lit up.
A number of LEDs proportional to the number of cycles conducted before the
oil needs to be replaced lights up during the set-up phase.
When all the LEDs light up, this means that oil needs to be replaced and the
machine signals an additional acoustic and visual warning.
Alarm situations (to replace the pump oil or anomalous overheating): all the
LEDs start to flash.
