11.14 SOFTWARE UPDATE

1) Request updated software from the Technical Support service.
2) Prepare a USB memory, even with a small memory capacity, that is blank and formatted in FAT32.
3) Copy the file received from Technical Support into the memory. Do NOT create folders to insert the file.
4) Stop the packaging machine.
5) Remove the protective cap from the USB port
6) Insert the USB memory in the port (Fig. 1).
7) Feed the packaging machine.
8) The memory is recognised and the updating starts: the 12 display icons flash.
9) Upon completion, switch off the machine and remove the USB memory.
10) Feed the packaging machine and check that the revision indicated on the display corresponds with that indicated by
Technical Support.
11) Refit the protection of the USB port.
NOTE: the parameters of the cycles are not altered.
