9.11.2 DEAERATION MADE BY vACUUM BAgS (READ ChAPTER § 9.7 CAREFUllY)
The operation is carried out using the inclined surface for liquids
1) Remove all the panels and insert the inclined surface

and the sliding bar
2) Insert the bag containing the product to be packed inside the chamber. The product must be cold at a temperature
not higher than 3°C (preferably between 0.5 and 2°C). If the product has been blended, it must rest in the refrigerator
for at least 2 hours.
3) Start-up. Switch the machine on via the main switch.
4) Select the deaeration program, then the suitable program for the product to be deaerated and set the sealing
time.

Select the "DEAERATION" program.

Select the desired "DEAERATION" program.
Enter programming. The sealing value previously set appears on the display.

The factory-set value is 3,5 seconds.
Change the value.

A number of LEDs proportional to the sealing value turn on/off.

Confirm the value.
5) lower the lid to start the cycle.
6) End of cycle. The lid is opened automatically.
7) Interrupting a cycle.
The machine immediately stops the cycle
and the chamber is decompressed when
the "STOP" button is pressed at any time.
The lid is opened automatically.
The machine returns to the previously set program.
