OPERATION

9.5 USE OF SPECIFIC, PRE-SET CONSERVATION PROGRAMS

Carefully read § 6.5.3 and 9.3
When using specific, pre-set conservation programs with an enabled gas option, make sure a gas system is available and
connected as described in chapter 7 – step 6.
Please consult your gas supplier to choose the proper mixture.
After selecting the desired program and checking the above gas option details, proceed to the preparation as described
in Chapter 8.
Interrupting the cycle
• Pressing "STOP" at any time, the machine will immediately stop the cycle, and the chamber is decompressed.
• The lid opens automatically.
• The machine returns to the previously set program.
End of cycle
• The lid opens automatically.
• Extract the packaged product, taking care not to touch the welding bar, which could still be hot.

9.6 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION: CREATING ThE VACUUM IN EMBOSSED EXTERNAl BAGS

Read Chapter 6.2.1 carefully
Special vacuum bags made of PA/PE must be used for this operation. These are called "embossed"
and of the "EASy" accessory
area or directly from ORVED S.p.A.
In order to reduce the vacuum running time and consequently the packaging time, place the maximum number of sup-

plied panels inside the vacuum chamber.
1) Start-up. Switch the machine on via the main switch.
