BEFORE USING ThE PACKING MAChINE:
NOTIONS REGARDING ThE VACUUM AND USEFUl TIPS
The vacuum preservation bags are suitable for packing
products that are not crushed that easily (meat, cold meats,
hard cheese, vegetables, etc.).
The food gas injection system must be applied for easily
crushed products, which is described further on.
Perfect sealing is essential for good preservation, which is
verified by a well defined sealing band without burns.

6.2.1 CREATING ThE VACUUM IN "EMBOSSED" EXTERNAl BAGS
The Bright 315, Bright 12, Bright 16 and Bright 18 models allow a vacuum to be created in bags outside the vacuum
chamber, thereby allowing products with dimensions larger than those of the vacuum chamber to be packed.
For this purpose, particular bags (embossed) must be used, which have a suitable design to create micro-channels through
which the air can be drawn and of the "EASY" accessory.
6.3 NOTIONS REGARDING VACUUM CONTAINERS
Vacuum containers are useful for preserving products that can be easily crushed as well as for preserving liquids.
Very rigid, specific containers are required for professional use, which are made of stainless steel or glass of an adequate
thickness, which can withstand a high level of vacuum. They have special valves that prevent the air from entering once
again after it has been drawn from the container.
The container is placed, according to its dimensions, directly in the vacuum chamber or outside the machine, where air
can be drawn by means of a special device consisting of a suction pipe and fitting.
Unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer, the vacuum containers are not to be stored in a freezer or refrigerator at
temperatures below 3°C as they could be damaged due to the combination of extremely low temperatures and mecha-
nical stress due to a high vacuum inside the container
