Attaching the presser foot

[] Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine,
[] Place the presser foot so that the pin (_ on the foot lies
just under the groove of the foot holder (_, Lower the
foot holder to lock the foot in place,,
[] Raise the presser foot lifter to check that the presser
foot is secure,

To disengage the upper knife
(_ Upper knife release knob
(_) Stopper pin
(_) Upper knife
[] Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine,,
[] Open the looper and side covers°
[] Push in the upper knife release knob C), then turn it
clockwise until the knife locks into place on the stopper

[] Close the looper cover and side cover,
