Electrical muscle stimulation has been used for muscle training for many years, in sports and fitness
as well as in rehabilitation. Even short training sessions can be highly effective as the electrical pulses
boost the body's natural processes. You can choose from no less than nine EMS programs for endur-
ance, fitness and HIIT training, designed for muscle and strength building as well as regeneration.
