HAMSTRING STRETCHES

Sit with one leg off the bed with the foot flat on the floor.
Keep the other leg straight on the bed. Lean forward
reaching for your toes of the straightened leg. Keep your
back straight. Hold for a count of 15-20 then relax. Do not
bounce forward. Alternate and stretch opposite leg.
Do 10 repetitions 3 times a day.
