SEATED HAMSTRING CURLS

Replace the exercise band handle with the exercise band
strap provided. Place the handle end between the door
and the doorframe about 2 inches from the floor and close
the door to secure the band. Place the exercise band strap
around the ankle of the injured leg. Sit in a chair facing the
door with your uninjured foot flat on the ground. With your
injured leg in the exercise band strap and extended toward
the door the band should be taut. Slowly pull your leg
back underneath the chair as far as possible. Hold for 5
seconds and slowly return leg to the original position.
Relax. Do 3 sets, 10 repetitions.
