ELEVATED KNEE EXTENSIONS

Lie on your back with your legs straight out in front of
you. Place the air pillow under your injured knee.
Straighten your knee by tightening your thigh muscle and
hold for a count of 5 seconds. Relax. Do not lift your leg off
the roll. Do 20 repetitions 3 times a day.
