Kettenspeicher montieren
Bild 1 zeigt die Positionen der
Befestigungsschrauben für die
verschiedenen Kettenauslauf-
winkel. Bild 1a zeigt die Normal-
ausführung. Die Positionsnummern
der Bohrungen sind nur im Bild
angegeben, nicht am Kettenzug.
Die Kettenführung ist entspre-
chend den Bestellangaben
eingestellt.

• Kettenanschlagnuß (2.1)
befindet sich am 10 ten
Kettenglied des losen Ketten-
endes. Mit Blick von der
Motorseite befindet sich das
lose Kettenende links, das
Lastkettenende rechts.
• Kettenspeicher (2.2) anbringen.
Nicht vergessen: Sicherungs-
splint stecken!
Kettentrieb 1-strängig
• Befestigung des Haken-
geschirrs prüfen. Das Haken-
geschirr ist mit der Kette fest
verschraubt, der Haken ist
drehbar.

Installing chain box
Fig. 1 shows the positions of the
fixing bolts for the different
chain discharge angles. Fig. 1 a
shows the standard version.
The item numbers of the
drillings are shown only in the
illustration, not on the chain
hoist. The chain guide is set as
ordered.

• Chain stopper (2.1) is in the 10th
link of the unattached chain
end. The unattached chain end
is on the left when looking at
the hoist from the motor side,
the load chain end on the right.
• Fit chain box (2.2). Do not forget
to insert the safety pin.
Single-fall chain reeving
• Check the attachment of the
bottom hook block. The bottom
hook block is firmly bolted to
the chain, the hook rotates.

Montage du bac à chaîne
La fig. 1 montre les positions des
vis de fixation pour les différents
angles de sortie de la chaîne. La
fig. 1a montre la version standard.
Les numéros des positions des
trous ne sont indiqués que sur le
dessin, pas sur le palan à chaîne.
Le guide-chaîne est ajusté
conformément aux indications de
la commande.
• La noix d'arrêt de la chaîne (2.1)
se trouve sur le 10ème maillon
de l'extrémité libre de la chaîne.
En regardant depuis le côté du
moteur, celle-ci se trouve à
gauche, l'extrémité de la chaîne
chargée étant donc à droite.
• Installer le bac à chaîne (2.2).
Ne pas oublier d'introduire la
goupille fendue de sécurité!
Chaîne à 1 brin
• Contrôler la fixation de la
moufle. La moufle est vissée à
la chaîne; le crochet peut
tourner.
