TÉRMINO DE TRATAMIENTO
Al terminar el tratamiento, llene el depósito con
agua limpia y utilice la máquina de manera que los
residuos del producto fotosanirario se laven, véase
el capítulo "LAVADO CIRCUITO Y VACIADO DEL
DEPÓSITO"
LAVADO CIRCUITO
Antes de continuar con la distribución del último
tanque de pesticidas:
1) Llene el tanque con combustible limpio.
2) Gire la toma de fuerza mediante la reducción de
la presión del sistema a aproximadamente 5
bar.
3) Distribuya el producto restante en una parcela
de tierra aún a tratar o ya tratada, por supuesto
compatible con los productos químicos diluidos.
4) Tras
terminar
residual,
llene
aproximadamente 15% de agua limpia, añada un
líquido de limpieza (por ejemplo. Soda o
triamonio), deje girar la bomba sin presión,
enjuague el interior del tanque y abra los
chorros hasta la salida del líquido, después de lo
cual, cierre los chorros.
5) Coloque un recipiente cerca de la válvula de
escape o tapón (A), abra y deje girar la bomba
durante unos segundos con el fin de dejar salir
el líquido.
Para asegurarse de que está usando el
detergente adecuado para el tipo de químico
que está usando, revise la etiqueta en el
empaque del producto. En algunos casos, el
detergente debe permanecer por algún
tiempo en el tanque, por esta razón, lea las
instrucciones cuidadosamente.

6) Verifique el estado de limpieza de los filtros en
el conjunto.
Un
control
preciso

ENDING THE TREATMENT
Once the treatment is complete, refill the tank
with clean water and operate the machine so that
any plant protection product residues are washed
out, see chapter "CLEANING THE CIRCUIT AND
EMPTYING THE TANK"
CLEANING THE SYSTEM
Before carrying out distribution of the last tank of
pesti- cide:
1) Fill the tank with clean water.
2) Operate the power takeoff, reducing the system
pres- sure to approx. 5 bar.
3) Distribute the residual product over a piece of
ground still to be treated, and obviously

compatible with the diluted chemical products.

4) After distributing the residual liquid, fill the
tank with about 15% of clean water, add a
detergent liquid (e.g. soda or triammonium),
operate the pump without pressure, rinse the
inside of the tank thoroughly and open the jets
until the liquid comes out, then close the jets.
6) Place a container near the discharge valve or
plug (A), open the valve and operate the pump
for a few seconds in order to discharge the
liquid.
Check if some special detergents are
recom- mended in the instructions for
use of the che-
mical product and if the detergent should
remain inside the sprayer (tank, pump,
control unit, filters, nozzles) for a certain
period of time before being ejected.
6) Check and eventually clean all sprayer filters.
If you follow the above maintenace instructions,
your sprayers will be always ready for use, reliable

and well protected against the corrosion of
chemicals.
