2) Disassemble the crankshaft
1. Remove the upper bearing.
9 Upper bearing 1
Pressure pin B....................................a

Bearing separator ..............................2
90890-06534
NOTE:
9 By forcing the pressure pin B a with a hydraulic
press, remove the bearing.
9 When forcing out the crank pin, use care so that
the crankshaft does not fall off.
9 Once removed, do not reuse the bearing.
Always replace it with a new one.
2. Remove the lower bearing.
9 Lower bearing 1
Pressure pin B....................................a

NOTE:
9 By forcing the pressure pin B a with a hydraulic
press, remove the bearing.
9 When forcing out the crank pin, use care so that
the crankshaft does not fall off.

9 Apply pressure to the pressure pin B a slow-
ly.
9 Hold the pressure pin in line with the press
screw spindle.
