Are the CDI-unit terminals connected correctly?
Are the ignition-coil, charge-coil and pulser coil
all in good condition?
Is the CDI-unit in good condition?

Is there sufficient fuel in the tank?
Is the fuel dirty?
Is the fuel filter clogged-up?
Is the fuel-hose cracked or damaged?
Is the diaphragm in good condition?
(Disassemble the fuel-pump and check.)
Is the check valve cracked or leaking?
Are the fuel hoses connected correctly?
