N.B.: Mantenendo premuti i tasti
mentare o decrementare in modo rapido i valori presenti sul
display.
La S 690 è ora pronta per eseguire un lancio.
LANCIO
ATTENZIONE!
Accertarsi, prima di lanciare la ruota, che la

Premere il tasto START o più semplicemente abbassare la pro-
tezione ruota per effettuare un lancio.
N.B.: Se la protezione ruota, non viene abbassata il lancio non
avrà inizio ed i display indicheranno " Cr Err".
Al termine del lancio la S 690 emette un segnale acustico (BEEP)
e provvede automaticamente a frenare la ruota.
Sul display sinistro (1, Fig.C) appare ora il valore di squilibrio re-
lativo al fianco interno, su quello destro (4, Fig.C) il valore di
squilibrio relativo al fianco esterno.
Analogamente l'indicatore di posizione sinistro (2, Fig.C) è rela-
tivo al fianco interno, quello destro (3, Fig.C) è relativo al fian-
co esterno.
APPLICAZIONE DEI CONTRAPPESI
L
1. Prendendo in considerazione un solo fianco, ruotare ma-
nualmente la ruota fino all'accensione del segmento centrale
rosso dell' indicatore diposizione relativo al fianco considerato.
Raggiunta questa posizione la S 690 blocca momentaneamen-
te la ruota, essendo questo il punto di applicazione del con-
trappeso nel fianco considerato, e il valore dello squilibrio ini-
zia a lampeggiare.
2. Premere il pulsante di azionamento manuale del freno (1,
Fig. B/2) per mantenere la ruota bloccata in questa posizione.
N.B. Ogni volta che il freno pneumatico della S 690 viene atti-
vato (sia manualmente che automaticamente il pulsante (1,
Fig. B/2) si illumina per evidenziare questo stato operativo.
3. Applicare il contrappeso (indicato dai leds lampeggianti)
sulla perfetta verticale (in posizione ore 12) della ruota, sul
fianco considerato.

N.B. : If the wheel guard is not lowered, the spin will not start
and the displays will show the message "Cr Err".
At the end of the spin the S 690 will beep and the wheel will be
automatically braked.
Now the left display (1, Fig. C) will give the unbalance for the
inside and the right display (4, Fig. C) the unbalance for the
outside plane.
The left position indicator (2, Fig. C) refers to the inside and the
right position indicator (3, Fig. C) refers to the outside plane.
1. Take one side at a time. Turn the wheel by hand until the red
centre segment of the position indicator lights for the side you
want to balance.
Once the position has been reached, the S 690 will apply the
brake for a instant. This gives you the position for the weight
and the weight displayed will begin to flash to confirm it.
2. Press the manual brake button (Fig. B/2, 1) to hold the wheel
in this position.
N.B. Every time the S 690's air brake is operated (either manu-
ally or automatically), the button (Fig. B/2, 1) will light to signal
its activation.
3. Attach the weight given (it is flashing on the screen) at 12
o'clock on the side being balanced.
4. Press the air brake button again to release the brake (the
lighted button turns off) and follow this same procedure (points
1-3) for the other side of the wheel.
