INSTALLAZIONE

LUOGO DI INSTALLAZIONE
7.1
Scegliere il luogo di installazione osservando le norme vigenti
sulla sicurezza del lavoro. La pavimentazione dell'ambiente non
deve essere particolarmente sconnessa in modo da poter ren-
dere stabile l'equilibratrice.
Se l'installazione viene eseguita in un luogo aperto è necessa-
ria la presenza di una tettoia per la protezione dalla pioggia .
Le condizioni ambientali di lavoro devono essere conformi ai
seguenti requisiti:

- umidità relativa da 30% a 95% senza condensa;
- temperatura da 0° a 55° C.
ATTENZIONE!
Non è ammesso l'utilizzo della macchina
in atmosfera esplosiva.
POSIZIONAMENTO
7.2
L'area massima di ingombro della macchina è mm.1450 di lar-
ghezza e mm. 1370 di profondità.
E' inoltre indispensabile mantenere una distanza minima dalle
pareti di mm. 500.
Non è indispensabile fissare la S 690 al suolo, è comunque con-
sigliato se si prevede di equilibrare ruote molto pesanti.
In tal caso utilizzare i 4 espansori forniti di serie posizionati in
B/3
corrispondenza dei fori all'estremità del basamento.
N.B.: Se la macchina è fornita con il sollevatore PL 15 già mon-
tato, utilizzare 2 espansori e 2 staffe fornite in dotazione (vedi
Fig. B/2).

7.3
ATTENZIONE!
Le operazioni di seguito descritte devono essere ese-
guite esclusivamente da personale tecnico
professionalmente qualificato.
La macchina deve essere scollegata da
qualsiasi fonte di alimentazione.
1) Svitare le viti che fissano l'incudine ed il coperchio portapesi
lasciando solamente quelle posteriori (1, Fig. B/3). Sollevare il
coperchio in modo da farlo ruotare sulle suddette viti.

2) Infilare il cavo (4, Fig. B/4) nel foro posizionato tra i punti di

7.1
Choose the installation place in strict observance of local regu-
lations regarding safety in the workplace.
For the wheel balancer to be stationary the flooring must be
stable.
If the machine is to be installed outdoors it must be properly
protected by a canopy roof.
Ambient conditions in the operation place:
- relative humidity from 30% to 95%
- temperature range from 0 ° C to 55 ° C.
ATTENTION!
The machine must not be operated in
explosive atmospheres.
WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS
7.2
The maximum bulk area of the machine is 1450 mm. in width
and 1370 mm in lenght.
The machine must be positionned at least 500 mm from the wall.
The S 690 does not have to be anchored to the floor. However, if
very heavy wheels are to be balanced, such anchoring is rec-
ommended.
Use the 4 expansion anchor bolts in the commissioning kit to fix
the machine to the floor through the holes in the base.
N.B. If the machine is delivered with the PL 15 wheel lift already
installed, use two expansion plugs and the two brackets in the
kit (see Fig. B/2).

7.3
WARNING!
The following operations must be carried out by skilled
operators only.
The machine must not be connected to any
feeding source.
1) Remove the screws fixing the anvil and the front of the cover.
Do not remove the screws fixing the rear of the cover (1, Fig. B/
3). Lift up the cover allowing it to turn on the screws.
2) Pass the electric wire (4, Fig. B/4) throught the hole located
