Interventi sull'impianto elettrico, anche di
lieve entità, richiedono l'opera di
personale professionalmente qualificato.
DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA

I dispositivi, atti a garantire la sicurezza dell'operatore ed il buon
funzionamento della macchina, presenti sulla S 690 sono:
La protezione ruota.
Protegge l'operatore da eventuali sassi o contrappesi mal po-
sizionati che potrebbero staccarsi dalla ruota.
Un microinterruttore impedisce il lancio se la protezione non è

stata abbassata ed arresta la ruota se la protezione viene sol-
levata durante il lancio.
Il regolatore di pressione (Fig. B/1).
Garantisce il buon funzionamento del dispositivo pneumatico
di frenatura.
ATTENZIONE: La rimozione o manomissione dei dispositivi di si-
curezza comporta una violazione delle norme europee e sol-
leva il costruttore dai danni causati o riferibili agli atti suddetti.
TRASPORTO

La macchina viene fornita, secondo richiesta del cliente in tre
diverse versioni:
B/1
1- in imballo in cartone con pallet
2- fissata sul solo pallet
3- senza imballo
In tutti i casi la macchina viene rivestita di materiale plastico pro-
tettivo.
Nella prima e seconda versione deve essere movimentata per
mezzo di un fork-lift posizionando le lame nei punti indicati (Fig. B).
Nel terzo caso seguire le indicazioni del paragrafo "MOVIMENTA-
ZIONE" riportate a pag. 46 di questo manuale.
Il peso della macchina imballata è di 225 kg.
DISIMBALLO

Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità della mac-
china controllando che non vi siano parti visibilmente danneg-
giate. Gli elementi dell'imballaggio non devono essere lasciati
alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
Riporre i materiali dell'imballaggio negli appositi luoghi di rac-
colta se inquinanti o non biodegradabili.
N.B.: Conservare l'imballo per eventuali trasporti futuri.

SAFETY DEVICES

On the S 690 wheel balancer, for safeguarding the operator
and the good functionning of the machine, there are different
safety devices:
The wheel covering protection.
It protects the operator from bebbles or counterweights hurled
from the wheel. A microswitch prevents the wheel from spin-
ning if the covering protection has not been lowered and it
stops the spin if the protection is lifted up.
The pressure regulator (Fig. B/1).
Guarantees the good functionning of the pneumatic braking
device.
CAUTION: Removing or tampering with the safety devices in-
stalled on this machine is in violation of European Safety Regu-
lations and relieve SICE SpA from all liability.
TRANSPORT

Depending on customer request, the machine is delivered in 3
packing versions:
1- in a carton box with pallet
2- fixed to a pallet
3- no packing
In all cases the machine is protected by a plastic covering.
In the first and second case, the machine must be handled
with a fork-lift truck with the forks positioned as shown in the
figure B.
In third case follow the "MOVING" instructions given on page
46 of this manual.
Shipping weight for the machine is 225 kg.
UNPACKING

Once the packing material has been removed, check the
machine visually for any signs of damage.
Keep the packing material out of the reach of children as it
can be a source of danger.
Take the packing materials to an appropriate solid waste dis-
posal pick up point if they are polluting or non-biodegradable.
N.B.: Keep the packing for possible future transport.
