Assembly
The rules below are to be observed to ensure correct installation, except when stricter rules are set down by:
-
The applicable domestic safety regulations in force.
-
The user and maintenance manual of the motor.
-
The user and maintenance manual of the hydraulic section.
In order to ensure correct installation of the machine in an indoor environment, the following rules must be observed as a
minimum:
-
The room must be of a sufficient size to ensure efficient use of the machine and easy access to the components of the
machine for the purposes of normal maintenance and repairs.
-
It should be possible to use the normal machinery and vehicles available on site for installing the electric pump module in the
room.
-
There must be suitable vents to ensure good ventilation. The size of the vents is to be considered in relation to the heat
generated by the motor.
-
There should be sufficient clearance on a minimum of three sides of the electric pump module to ensure ease of access (a
minimum of 600 mm).
-
Install and fasten down the electric pump module on a surface that is perfectly solid, level and uniform.
-
Install and fasten down the electric pump module in such a way as to ensure that all routine and supplementary maintenance
can be carried out without difficulty and without compromising the safety of the personnel concerned.
Refer to standard UNI 11292 or other applicable local standards for the minimum structural and dimensional characteristics of
the premises.
3.5
Foundations
The foundation must be such as to ensure that the structural parts do not vibrate or produce noise, and must be suitable for
fastening down the machine.
-
Vibrations caused by incorrect installation can cause faults and breaks, for which the manufacturer
ATTENTION
cannot be held responsible.
-
The base of the electric pump module must be securely fastened down on a perfectly level foundation
(the electric pump must not be installed at an angle). The installer is responsible for assembling,
positioning and fastening down the module.
-
Refer to the specific documentation on the electric pump for further information.
The screws and/or bolts used to fasten the module down on the foundation must be made of a suitable material and length, and
are the responsibility of the customer. Information on the size of the holes and measurements is given in the table below.
