Return to level not functioning.
Verify power cord is plugged into an appropriate AC receptacle and into the power
cord socket (located on table-base panel).
Press and hold hand pendant return to level control button. Observe tabletop
movement.
Disorient tabletop by raising height approximately two inches, tilting tabletop and
activating trendelenburg approximately five degrees.
Press and hold hand pendant return to level control button. Observe roll and
trendelenburg functions level first, and after a three-second delay, tabletop moves
down to its lowest height position and is level.

Battery status LED illuminates red.
Table battery system requires charging. Charge batteries minimum three (3) hours;
plug power cord into appropriate hospital grade AC outlet.
NOTE: Power switch must be switched on.

Verify if spar lock handle is stripped. Call Mizuho OSI Customer Resource Group

Leg spar not holding vertical position (drifting downward).
Verify spar ball joint lock handle is rotated clockwise to the lock position.
Verify leg spar is securely attached (fully seated and locked) to table.
With wear, the spar ball joint lock handle may require adjustment to allow adequate
movement to the lock position to hold the leg spar. Adjust spar ball joint lock position
as needed using procedure (see spar ball joint lock handle adjustment procedure).
