MONTAGE DE LA PLATE-FORME
ET DES VERINS DE ROTATION
Pour effectuer le montage de la plate-forme en aluminium,
utiliserles axes (18), précédemment démontés dela même
plate-forme, qui doivent être positionnés au moyen de
l'outil (19), (ce dernier est fourni à la livraison).
Abaisser les bras du hayon, aligner la plate-forme avec
l'articulation et actionner l'outil (19) sur l'axe (18), jusqu'à
ce que l'attache de l'articulation soit reliée à la plate-
forme.
Sur l'axe (18) est présent un trou fi leté, qui doit être placé
face au logement "o", servant à la vis présente dans la
zone de raccordement de la plate-forme.
Fixer et bloquer la vis (21) à l'aide de la colle loctite
arrête-fi lets.
Bloquer les bouchons (20) en les encastrant dans la face
de la plate-forme.
ATTENTION
Au moment de l'installation des axes, faire attention à
l'alignement des logements sur les articulations, de façon
à ne pas endommager la couche de téfl on autolubrifi ant
des douilles.
Pour le modèle 18 a 2RIP repositionner correctement le
ressort (c) d'aide à l'ouverture.
Les vérins de rotation doivent être raccordés dans les
logements de la plate-forme à l'aide des axes prévus à
cet effet et fourni à la livraison.
Bloquer les axes à l'aide des vis (b).

INSTALLING THE PLATFORM
AND ROTATION CYLINDERS
In order to assemble the aluminium platform, use the pins
(18) that have been previously disassembled from the
plat form itself, and position them by using the tool (19)
(pro vid ed with the original supply).
Lower the arms of the tail-lift, align the platform with the
articulation and op er ate on the bolt (18) with the tool (19)
until the joint connector is fastened to the platform.
The bolt (18) carries a threaded hole which must be
po si tioned level with the seat "o" for the screw in the
platform connection area.
Tighten and lock the screw (21) with Loctite thread-stop.
Lock the plugs (20) by fitting them into the platform
pro fi le.
ATTENTION
When introducing the bolts, make sure that the seats are
aligned with the articulations so as not to damage the
self-lubricating tefl on layer in the bushings.
For the 2RIP 18 model, correctly reposition the auxiliary
spring (c) for the opening.
The rotation cylinders must be fi xed in the seats of the
platform using the bolts provided.
Lock the pins using screws (b).

Para realizar el montaje de la plataforma de aluminio se
utilizan los pernos (18) desmontados precedentemente
de la misma; dichos pernos deben ser colocados usan do
la relativa herramienta (19) (entregada en el pri mer
su mi nis tro).
Bajar los brazos de la compuerta, alinear la plataforma
con la articulación y utilizar la herramienta (19) para ajus tar
el perno (18), hasta que la unión del articulación esté en
conexión con la plataforma.
Sobre los pernos (18) hay un orifi cio roscado, que va
po si cio na do haciéndolo coincidir con la sede "o" para el
tornillo presente en la zona de unión de la plataforma.
Fijar y bloquear el tornillo (21) con Loctite® frena-rosca.
Bloquear los tapones (20) engastándolos en el perfi l de
la plataforma.
ATENCIÓN
Durante la introducción de los pernos, prestar atención
a la alineación de los alojamientos con las articulaciones
para no dañar la capa de tefl on autolubrifi cante de los
casquillos.
Para el modelo 18 a 2RIP reubicar correctamente el resorte
(c) auxiliar de apertura.
Los cilindros de rotación deben ser conectados en
las sedes de la plataforma con los relativos pernos
su mi nis tra dos.
Bloquear los pernos mediante los tornillos (b).
