CONSOLE

TOUCH SCREEN
This monitor is provided with a Touch Screen. Simply touch
the buttons on the screen softly with your finger. Do not
press the screen, as it might damage the touch screen
function. Avoid contacting the screen with sharp objects.
MEDIA
This monitor supports 2 USB ports (FAT/FAT32 format), for
playing media files. Supported file types:
MP3, AAC (MP4), Ogg Vorbis, WAV, MPEG-1, Ogg Theora,
AVI, MKV, Ogg, MOV.
Playback of DRM protected files is not supported.
Also an IPod/IPhone (30 pin) connector is present, which
can connect most Apple products.
You can use the Media button to browse and play the
music found on your IPod/IPhone. Video cannot be
played through this connection. You can access the
music files of your IPod/Iphone in the folder user/Apple.
NOTE: this monitor offers the possibility to connect
your IPod/Phone, Tunturi is not liable for any damages
done to your IPod/IPhone due to connecting in both
hardware and software.
ON SCREEN BUTTONS
1. TRAINING
Press the TRAINING button to choose your workout.
2. USER
Press the USER button to open the USER menu. The USER
menu includes the following functions: CREATE USER,
SELECT/CHANGE USER, EDIT USER, DELETE USER, SETTINGS
and USER LOG.
3. INTERNET
Press this button to browse the internet (only if wireless
connection available).
4. E-Book reader
Press this button to open the E-Book reader. The monitor
recognizes E-Books which are stored on your USB stick.
Readable formats are: ePub, FictionBook (fb2), Plucker,
Open E-Book, Open Reader, Palmdoc, Psion Text,
Mobipocket, plain text.
5. WIFI SETTINGS
With this button you can setup your network connection.
See the chapter INTERNET for details.
6. BACK/STOP
Use the BACK/STOP button to navigate back towards the
main menu. During training, you can stop or pause your
training session by pressing the BACK/STOP button.
7. ZOOM
Focusing the graphical profile display during training. Press
ZOOM to increase the size of the displayed profile image
(two-, four-, eight- or sixteen fold). Pressing the key five
times restores the profile image to its original size.
8. KEYBOARD
Press this button to show or hide the on-board keyboard.
9. MEDIA BUTTON
Press the media button to open the media player. The
player automatically detects movies (MPEG-1 format),
and music (MP3, WMV, WAV), you can select and play
the content of your USB stick.
DISPLAY
During training, you can see the following training values
on the left side of the display: time, distance, energy
consumption, effort, RPM, heart rate and speed.
OPERATING THE
CONSOLE
Power On
To activate the meter, connect the device to a power
source, and press the power key on the side of the
monitor. The meter will now display the TRAINING menu.
Sleep mode
If you do not press a key, or pedal for more than 5
minutes, the meter automatically goes in screensaver
mode. Touch the screen to active the monitor again.
Power Off
To turn off the machine, hold the Power key on the side
of the monitor for several seconds, and disconnect the
power adapter from the machine.
The values in a workout that has been interrupted are
saved in the memory of the user interface for 5 minutes,
after which they are reset. You can restart the interrupted
exercise by pedaling within 5 minutes.
On the display, you can see advice messages. They are
preceded by the letter i on a white background. You can
remove the messages from the display by using the slider.
