With the MSW-MOE-G-6.5 model in a vertically positioned motor, unscrew the
fuel filler cap with the dipstick, then place a container for used oil underneath the
beaker cap and unscrew the beaker cap with the gasket attached to it.
ATTENTION: heated oil is thinner and flows out faster, however, it is not
recommended to change it when the motor is very hot - risk of burns!
After draining the oil, place the motor horizontally, i.e. with the oil plug pointing
upwards (or vertically in the case of MSW-MOE-G-2.5) and pour in fresh oil slowly
and carefully to the correct level between the graduation marks on the dipstick -
always check the correct level on a cold motor.
For MSW-MOE-G-6.5 (see picture below) after draining the used oil, screw the
sink plug with seal back on and fill up with fresh oil through the filler hole. Use a
filler cap with a dipstick to check its level.
If the oil overflows the permissible level, suck out the excess oil.
ATTENTION: incorrect oil level during use may lead to equipment failure!
IMPORTANT: for oil specification and approximate quantity, see the technical data
table.
3.4.2 Flushing the fuel tank
Flush the fuel tank at least once every six months. To do this, pour off the
remaining fuel from the tank and fill the tank with e.g. extraction petrol and shake
it, then wait for a while. Pour off the residue and repeat the process several times
until the drained petrol solution from the tank is clear. Carefully pour the residue
from the tank and wait a few minutes until the petrol residue evaporates. If it is
necessary to use the motor immediately, fill the tank with fresh fuel. If the motor
is not used often, it is not recommended to keep fuel in the tank longer than 3
months.
