The sender and receiver must have the same address. The code ad-
dresses are subject to the combinations set out in Table 5-1.
On the M 2000-A/P code 1 is set as the factory default. No additional
beam coding is possible.
Insulate non-connected wire ends!
The non-connected wire ends must be insulated to ensure safe coding.

Configuration of the sender range
(M 2000 only)
To keep any possible interference with adjacent photoelectric switches
to a minimum, a long range should only be set where essential.

The HRANGE connection on the sender can be used to choose
between two sender ranges. The following assignment applies:
