alignment is very imprecise.

Some light beams are not yet hitting the receiver.

All light beams are hitting the receiver, but the alignment is
still not yet optimum.

at this position.
If the optimum alignment is held for more than 2 minutes with no
further intervention, the system switches out of alignment mode. To

Tests on the C 2000 / M 2000
The following points must be observed in order to ensure regulation
use of the devices:
The units must be installed and connected only by qualified
personnel – that is to say, personnel trained and experienced in
operation of the power-driven machinery being checked, and
familiar with the relevant statutory workplace safety and accident
prevention regulations, standards and generally accepted technical
rules (e.g. DIN standards, VDE rules, technical rules and regulations
of other EU states) such that they are able to assess the opera-
tional safety of the machinery concerned. Such personnel are
usually qualified employees of the manufacturers of non-contact
protective devices, or personnel who have undergone training by
the manufacturers of such devices or who are primarily engaged in
testing of non-contact protective devices and have been commis-
sioned to carry out the work by the company operating the devices.
