Keypad lock on
When lock is active, Keypad lock
will illuminate solid blue.
Homecare use lock on
When lock is active, Keypad lock
will illuminate solid blue.

Device failed alarm
Device has an unrecoverable error.
• Status/alarm indicator will
illuminate solid yellow.
Device not calibrated alarm
Device will not operate.
• Alarm will beep 2 times every
20 seconds.
• Status/alarm indicator will
illuminate solid yellow.
Battery failed alarm
Battery within device has failed.
• Battery status bottom indicator
will illuminate solid yellow.
• Therapy can only be continued
by keeping device plugged
into AC mains power.
• Status/alarm indicator will
illuminate solid yellow.
Note: This will only display when
connected to AC mains power.
Cause
Battery partially
discharged or depleted.
User interface is locked.
User interface is locked.
Internal hardware or
software error.
Service and repair

Internal hardware failure.

Remedy
Plug unit into AC mains power to charge
battery.
Unlock by pressing and holding keypad lock
button for 2 seconds.
Unlock by simultaneously pressing and holding
the keypad lock and audio pause buttons for
5 seconds.
