Warning!
The shrink fitting process may not be started without the ferrite disc in
position.
If the induction heating is started without using a ferrite disc, the effects of the
magnetic field act on the adjacent area underneath the coil.
The shrink fitting process may not be started without the respective chuck
in position.
If the induction heating is started without a chuck in the coil, the effects of the
magnetic field act on the adjacent area underneath the coil.
Potential fatal consequences for persons fitted with heart pacemakers!
If you are fitted with a heart pacemaker, keep a safe distance of 3 m
away from the unit – until the manufacturer of the pacemaker or your
doctor has declared that the pacemaker is unaffected by the induction
field.
Risk of crushing and cuts in the motion range of the coil!
Take care that during the operation of the induction unit there are no
parts of the body or objects in the motion range of the coil. The weight of
the coil can cause crushing and in connection with the cutting edges of
the tool can cause cuts.
X When using the equipment options and extensions, comply with the
additional safety instructions of the accompanying OEM documentation.
Damage to the coil and/or to the electrical equipment.
The use of inappropriate shrink-fit chucks can cause the hot chuck to come
into contact with the coil body, and damage the insulation. In the event of any
damage to the coil body and/or the electrical equipment, the unit must be
switched off immediately, and advice sought from the manufacturer.
