The welding or soldering fumes are extracted directly at the source.
The extracted fume particulates are separated in the filter cartridge and the cleaned air is
returned to the work area.
Fume Eliminator 24/7 is equipped with a time-controlled filter cleaning function as well
as a retaining system for suspended matter that prevents deposited particles in the
exhaust element from leaking out while the filter cartridge is being cleaned. Based on
intelligent control of the frequency converter, the motor is driven at low speed during the
cleaning phase. This ensures that just the right amount of negative pressure is generated
in the filter housing so that the compressed air that is brought into the filter housing for
the cleaning operation cannot expand into the extraction hose connected to it. This does
not reduce the cleaning efficiency.
