Description
➔ The owner (business
person/company) is defined as
being the party operating the
machine/plant and using it in
conformity with its intended purpose
or ordering suitable and instructed
persons to operate it on their behalf.

anyone to whom special tasks, such
as servicing and troubleshooting,

anyone who, on the basis of their
professional qualifications, has
experience of electrical plant, is
familiar with the relevant standards
in force and can not only assess
and carry out the assigned tasks,
but also recognize and avert
potential hazards.
➔ A duly instructed person is defined
as being anyone who has been
instructed with regard to their
assigned tasks and the hazards
potentially associated with
inappropriate conduct, and who has
been instructed with regard to the
required safety facilities, safety
measures, relevant regulations,
accident prevention regulations and
operating conditions, and who has
proved their aptitude.
