• Using the wand, heat the water in the container to a
temperature of at least 65°C.
• Remove the water from the container and rinse it thor-
oughly.
• Point the wand towards the cup-holder tray and release
steam for at least 10 seconds.
• Dry the wand with a slightly damp, non-abrasive
sponge that leaves no fibre residue.

• Remove the grilles (A, B and C) from the cup-holder
tray.
• Clean the cup-holder grilles in running water.

• Pour a jug of hot water into drainage collection tray to
remove any encrustation.

CLEANING THE OUTSIDE
OF THE APPLIANCE
ATTENTION: Do not use products that contain
ammonia, abrasives or degreasers.
ATTENTION: Do not spray liquids into the hol-
lows in the body panels.
NB: Surface colour variations are not a flaw but
a characteristic of the appliance.
NB: The following operations can also be car-
ried out with the appliance switched off.
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a soft cloth to
remove any organic residue from the work area.

RESIN REGENERATION
The appliance is set to request regular resin regeneration
on the water softener. The need to carry out this oper-
ation is indicated by a message on the services display
(see Tab. 8.2).
To carry out the task, refer to the specific water softener
documentation.
