01 TIMER: Displays the Timer screen.

03 OPEN/CLOSE RESERVOIR: Opens/closes the water reservoir.
04 OFF: Cancels the oven's cooking mode.
05 SETTINGS / LOCK: Display the Settings screen. / Press-hold 3 second to disable all
oven functions.
06 LIFT PANEL: Touch to tilt or flatten the panel.
07 Display: Swipe to navigate menus; tap to select a setting.
