LAT PULL DOWN BEHIND THE BODY
Attach the "T" bar to the upper pulley and the
roller pads to the upper hole. Place your legs
around the roller pads and grab the pull bar. Tip
from your hips, and bend forward and down
as far as possible.
LAT PULL DOWN IN FRONT OF THE BODY BUTTERFLY
Attach the "T" bar to the upper pulley and the
roller pads to the upper hole. Grab the pull bar
and sit down with your thighs underneath the
roller pads. Arch your back and pull the pull bar
towards your chest.

MOVING THE ARM STRAIGHT ACROSS
Attach the "T" bar to the upper pulley, lean
back, and grab the pull bar with your arms ex-
tended. With a curving movement, pull down
the pull bar as far as possible, and lean forward
in order to increase the curve of your move.
Adjust the pre-tension, keep your upper arms
parallel to the oor, and push your forearms
against the roller pads. Push with your elbows,
not with your hands.
