CURLER SETTINGS
Before using this equipment, make sure the adjusting knob is properly positioned and securely

BENCH SETTINGS
Bench: Turn the set screw clockwise and raise the bench outwards by 3 or 4 holes. Set the desired
position and then turn the set screw counter clockwise to tighten it. Before using this equipment,
make sure the adjusting knob is properly positioned and securely tightened.
Lifting legs: Adjust the leg extension mount to the desired position based on the instructions above.
