DIPS
Lift your own body weight up and down
using your hands.
SITUPS
Sit down on the backrest and secure your
legs. Lift your upper body towards the Home
Gym and then let it slide back towards the
backrest.

LIFTING LEGS I
Train your abdominal muscles by lifting your
legs. Try to lift your knees all the way to the
chest.
LIFTING LEGS II
Lie down on the backrest and grab the
round paddings with your hands. Lift your
legs towards the Home Gym and then let
them slide all the way back to the backrest.
