INTRODUCTION
This bike is designed for biking at home.Biking is an excellent form of cardio training that increases your cardiovascular fitness and burns calories.This practice also helps to tone the muscles of the lower body (glutes,
quadriceps, hamstrings, calves).The muscles of the upper body (abs, back, arms) are also used during the exercise.This bike is chain driven.
WARNING
Getting into shape must be done in a CONTROLLED manner.Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.This is particularly important if you are over 35 or have experienced health problems before, or if you
have not exercised for several years.Read all instructions before use.
SETTINGS
Warning: you must get off the bike to adjust it (saddle, handlebar)
HOW TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE SADDLE
HEIGHT: For an effective workout, the saddle must be at the
right height.Your knees should be slightly bent when the pedals
are in the lowest position.While holding the saddle, unscrew it,
adjust the position of the saddle and fully tighten.
DEPTH: While holding the saddle, unscrew it, adjust the
position of the saddle and fully tighten.
HOW TO ADJUST THE HANDLEBARS
While holding the handlebars, unscrew them, adjust the
position of the handlebars and fully tighten.IMPORTANT: For
best practice, the handlebars should be slightly lower than the
saddle.
LEVELLING THE BIKE
If the bike becomes unstable, adjust the levelling feet.
COUNTER
Your console lets you track your performance during your workout.IMPORTANT: The first time you turn on your console and whenever you change the battery, press the red button above the console for 4 seconds.Subse-
quently, to turn on your console, start pedalling or press any button.
Your console displays 4 pieces of information:

Time elapsed since the start of the session
During use, the information automatically switches from one to the other every 4 seconds.You can also press one of the arrows to manually swap the information displayed.
Pause:
When you stop pedalling for more than 4 seconds, the console pauses and the display flashes.
Stop:
Your console will turn off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.To manually turn off your console, press and hold the red button above the console for 4 seconds after resetting the counters.
Reset counters:
While paused (the display should be flashing), keep pressing the button above the console. The information is reset after 4 sec.
Enable or disable scan mode:
If you want to disable automatic scrolling of information during a workout (the screen should not flash), press the button above the console:
Automatic scroll is activated.
Set the distance to kilometres or miles:
While paused (the display should be flashing), press and hold both arrow buttons simultaneously for 4 sec.Then change the setting by pressing one of the arrows.To confirm a setting, wait 3 seconds, the
console automatically exits settings mode.
USE / POSTURE
If you are a beginner, start by training for several days at a low speed, without overexerting yourself, and taking rest periods if necessary.Gradually increase the number or duration of sessions.When exercising, do not arch
your back, but hold it straight.During your workout, be sure to ventilate the room in which the bike is located.

HOW TO ADJUST THE PEDAL STRAP
TO TIGHTEN:
Pull on the end of the strap.
TO LOOSEN: Press the buckle to release the strap.
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
INCREASE THE RESISTANCE: Turn the adjustment knob clockwise.
DECREASE THE RESISTANCE: Turn anti-clockwise.
EMERGENCY STOP
Press the resistance adjustment knob.
