Always load each level evenly.
Load the incubator so that the sample material is only inside the
usable space and so that there is sufficient air circulation inside the
incubator.
The following rules must be observed in order to ensure proper air
circulation and stable conditions for storing the samples in the unit
chamber:
■
the max height of the samples should not exceed 1/3 of the
space between the shelves;
■
approx. 1/3 of the width and depth of the shelf should remain
empty, while the distances between the samples as well as
between the samples and the wall should be approximately equal.
The figure shows an example placement of samples in the chamber.
Following the above rules will provide optimum parameters for tem-
perature fluctuation and variation.
