Editing individual program segments (the program can
have up to 6 segments at maximum).
Where multiple parameters are shown, the window
can be scrolled up and down.
For each of the 5 programs, you can set time-temperature profiles
with a maximum of 6 segments. This makes it possible to increase
the incubation temperature of the samples in step-wise fashion. This
can protect the sample from thermal shock, for example. Example of
program operation with programmed segments:
Program 1
Segment 1: temp. 30°C, time 2 hours (after reaching the temperature
30°C, it is maintained for 2 hours)
Segment 2: temp. 35°C, time 3 hours (after reaching the temperature
35°C, it is maintained for 3 hours)
Segment 3: temp. 40°C, time 3 hours (after reaching the temperature
40°C, it is maintained for 3 hours)
Segment 4: temp. 45°C, time 2 hours (after reaching the temperature
45°C, it is maintained for 2 hours)
Segment 5: temp. 50°C, time 2 hours (after reaching the temperature
50°C, it is maintained for 2 hours)
Segment 6: temp. 55°C, time 1 hour (after reaching the temperature
55°C, it is maintained for 1 hour)
Press button
and the first program segment is displayed.
