Possible causes:
1.
damaged heater,
2.
the sample inserted into the chamber absorbs / dissipates too
much energy.
3.
Door does not close tightly, air duct is open.
If the colour was red before opening the door, the colour changes to
turquoise after opening the door.
In case of activation of the function (detection of problems with
reaching or maintaining the temperature):

Warning 4.00.0.1.009 appears in the event log
■
The colour of the STM inscription changes to red and remains red
as long as the error persists occurs, the segment is changed or
the program is turned off
■
When the status changes from red to turquoise, an entry about
the end of the function 4.00.0.1.010 appears in the event log
The icon
in the main screen in the upper menu allows the alarm
tones (open door alarm, exceeding temperature range) to be tempo-
rarily switched off, e.g. to prevent the door alarm from sounding while
scheduled loading of samples into the chamber is underway. While it
is possible to turn off the sound for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, the alarm
tones of critical alarms (e.g. damage to the temperature sensor, over-
and under-temperature protection) will be still emitted.
